MEDITATION IS FOR EVERYONE

This experiential introduction to meditation invites participants to explore simple practices that calm the mind and open the heart. Through guided meditations—including breath awareness, loving-kindness, mantra, and sound—we discover how meditation can reduce stress, deepen awareness, and cultivate compassion for ourselves and the world. Great for curious beginners!

This hands-on class teaches a simple and powerful approach to affirmative prayer. Participants explore the steps of Spiritual Mind Treatment, learn why language matters, and discover how prayer can be used as a practical spiritual tool for any situation. By the end of the class, each participant will have written a personal prayer they can continue to use and adapt in daily life.

INTRODUCTION TO DIVINE SCIENCE

This course explores the foundational principles of Divine Science using Nona Brooks’ Short Lessons in Divine Science as a guide. Through reflective questions, practical exercises, and meditation, participants examine how spiritual ideas such as the presence of God, the power of thought, and spiritual healing can be applied in everyday life.

The small things we do each day can make a powerful difference in our well-being. This interactive workshop explores simple spiritual practices—such as meditation, journaling, yoga, daily readings, and other reflective tools—that can help us reconnect with inner wisdom and bring greater clarity, peace, and balance to everyday life.

An in depth book study of Neale Donald Walsch's powerful book God's Message to the World: You've Got Me All Wrong. This class invites deep personal reflection and lively discussion about our beliefs about God, spirituality, and the nature of life. All spiritual paths--including those still exploring and those on no path--are welcome!
